Welcome to Bils Inn. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Occupancy
- Capacity: For a full 3BHK booking, the maximum occupancy is 8 persons (2 per bedroom + 2 on additional beds in the living area). Individual room bookings are limited to 2 persons per room.
- Age Requirement: Only legal adults (18+) are permitted to book and check-in. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
- Foreign Nationals: Per Indian law, foreign guests must provide a valid Passport and Visa copy, permanent address details, and a passport-sized photograph for the Form C declaration (BOI portal).
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated open areas: the shared balcony and the rooftop terrace garden. A deep-cleaning fee may be applied if guests smoke inside rooms.
- Visitors: External visitors are not allowed on the premises without prior permission from the management.
- Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and other guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. While small gatherings are permitted, noise levels must be kept to a minimum during these hours.
- Pets: We love animals, but Bils Inn maintains a no-pet policy to ensure a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.
Liability
Bils Inn is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
