Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To manage our small boutique stay effectively, we adhere to the following refund schedule:

  • Full Refund (100%): If the cancellation is made at least 10 full days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If the cancellation is made between 10 days and 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, or “No Shows,” are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed through our payment gateway (PhonePe Business) to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
